Vitibet.ws ("vitibet", "we", "us") is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("member", "user") and vitibet.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

All members are required to follow certain fundamental rules when betting on vitibet. These rules apply equally to everyone and ensure a fair betting environment.

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled unless a clear error is proven.
• Pre-match bets are closed once the match begins. Make sure to place your bets on time.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will apply.
• Multiple bets on the same event are allowed, though certain special offers may have restrictions.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned before 90% of play is completed, the bet is generally considered void.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, vitibet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any event, vitibet's decision shall be final.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (typically 5x–30x).
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• A voucher code can only be used once and will no longer be valid after redemption.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a safe and fair environment for all vitibet members. Anyone found in violation of these rules will face strict action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to vitibet's systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent or harassing behavior toward other members.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Exploiting the system through arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.

Any member found engaging in the prohibited activities listed above will have their account permanently closed, all funds and bonuses forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

To comply with international anti-money laundering regulations, vitibet verifies the identity of all members. This process is also in place for your own security.

Required KYC Documents

• Proof of Identity: National ID (NID), passport, or driving license.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months).
• Payment Verification: Screenshot or statement of the payment method used.

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of submitting your KYC documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold during this period.

Vitibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, but only when there is a specific, justified reason to do so.

Reasons for Account Suspension

• Suspected or confirmed breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• Incomplete KYC verification.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

Vitibet believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. The mental and financial wellbeing of our members is our top priority.

• You can set deposit limits, betting limits, and session limits at any time.
